Umarex USA’s line of airguns adds several new options for 2020. The Fusion 2 is a bolt-action .177-caliber pellet rifle that’s virtually silent thanks to it using two 12-gram CO2 capsules. It has a newly designed removable nine-round rotary magazine, SilencAir muzzle brake and CO2 puncture tube. The Fusion 2 features a lightweight polymer stock and is topped with a Picatinny rail that accepts the included 4×32 scope.
The CO2-powered 850 M2 resembles a traditional repeating rifle. A pellet is pushed into the rigid barrel with each cycle of its bolt and a clean shot is fired, with no loss of energy. It has a wide range of features: Picatinny rails, removable cheek piece, fiber-reinforced synthetic stock in a modern design, fiber optic sights, two-stage adjustable trigger, 11mm scope mounting rail and a high-quality aluminum 8-round magazine.
Umarex announces two addition to its Walther line of airguns, the Walther Reign air rifle and Walther PPQ M2 air pistol. The Reign is available in .22- or .25-caliber, while the PPQ M2 will have a belt fed 20-round .177-caliber pellet option.
Licensed replica GLOCK airguns, the GLOCK 17 Gen 5 and GLOCK 19X represent new-for-2020 options.
In airsoft, Umarex has added to its pistol (Smith & Wesson M&P 9) and rifle lines (HK 416 AEG [automatic electric gun], Elite Force M4 CQB, CQC and HK MP5K).
Through an official license between Umarex GmbH & Co. and Smith & Wesson the newest training pistol on the market under the T4E brand from Umarex is the Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0. This platform is made to fire .43-caliber training rounds and matches the sidearm carried by many law enforcement agencies, which allows for the use of duty holsters. Available with a black or blue slide this .43 caliber M&P 2.0 is powered by inexpensive and easy-to-use 12-gram CO2 cartridges and is designed to fire paintballs, powder balls or rubber balls. Its full-size magazine holds eight rounds and it is made to look, feel and function as an officer’s sidearm including its field stripping capability
