Perhaps the most humorous fail of the Army of Czechia I remember is this 2016 incident. It involved a convoy of 5 wheeled armoured vehicles Pandur and one civilian, economic, ordinary car.
This is how they roughly compare in pictures:
Czech Pandur II 8x8 CZ:
Volkswagen Sharan
The army's rovers were en route to their base, driving on a public road near the town of Tábor, Czechia. Incidentally, the Volkswagen had been riding in front of the Pandur convoy.
All of a sudden, driver in the Sharan saw some obstacle on the tarmac and braked sharply. Soldier driving the first Pandur neither could stop the vehicle in time nor he could avoid it, so he actually hit the civilian car ahead of him. The other army vehicles bumped into each other, ending up in a delicate chain crash.
The outcome? 5 ruined Pandurs, 95 million CZK worth damage, 11 slightly wounded soldiers. On the second side: 1 damaged vehicle, 2 civilians with minor injuries.
What's so funny about that? That an armoured army vehicle - proclaimed to withstand a blast of a 8 kg explosive - can be disabled from operation by simply hitting it with a family car! What's more, investigation concluded that the soldiers were fully to blame for this crash - for not keeping safe distance!

And these vehicles are meant to defend our country in case of an armed conflict? Give me a break!
In Czechia, this event gained quite an attention. Some people even made a fake Wikipedia article about it called “Clash near Tábor”, stating that “the defence of Czechia was paralysed”.
