Under the Walker’s brand, several hearing- and eye-protection products make their debut. The Bone Conduction Hearing Enhancer allows for high NRR through sound-activated compression, while enabling users to hear ambient sound via bone conduction. Bluetooth 5.0-equipped, users can listen to music or make calls while wearing the hearing enhancer. Its rechargeable battery can be charged by the included micro USB charging cable.
The Silencer BT 2.0 from Walker’s provides a stable left/right earbud connection, has touch button controls and is smaller and lighter than the first-generation line. It includes three sizes of Sure-Lock sizing fins and three foam tip sizes, as well as a carry case/USB charging dock with an integrated lithium battery — capable of powering the Silencer BT 2.0 for up to three full charges.
Also from Walker’s, the Razor Mounted Walkie Talkie is custom designed to integrate onto the Razor muff, has 22 channels and a 2–3 mile range. Also has push-to-talk/voice-activated capabilities.
Four new eye-protection products are launching this year: HI-OF11, RZR-OF2, RZR-FF1 and RZR-FF2. All exceed ANSI Z87.1-2010 high-impact requirements.
In the HME line, Eichler Single Speaker and Eichler Dual Speakers are new options for hunters. The 4″ reflex horn delivers 120 dB output, while both models have 8 GB of internal memory and come with two external jacks to accommodate secondary amplified speaker(s) for virtual surround functionality. Additional attributes of each model include sound overlay, customizable quicksets, a four-channel remote control (range of 300 yards) and a 2″ dot matrix display.
