All that money spent for nothing. Maybe he ought to run for a position in the Senate or Assembly, and build a resume and reputation in local/ regional government, and then give it another shot, as opposed to being a rich guy buying his way into the race.

His campaign advertisements always seem to be directed at the lowest information voters. And his wanting to close down California utilities that use oil, gas, or nuclear power to generate electricity reminded me of proposals for asteroid mining outside Mars orbit.
