.why are police helmets priced so much higher than a heer or Luft in the same condition. I really don't understand. It can't be because there are fewer helmets because I have seen a butt load of them on diplay and for sale. Thanks

I didn't think they were more expensive than a double decal heer
There were in fact “ police divisions” alongside foreign Waffen SS volunteer forces engaged in combat actions against partisans all over the Balkan and the eastern front and there for you could say they can somewhat count close to SS equipment in an auxiliary sense |

Ok then why are field Police Uniforms priced in the neighborhood of heer and Luft but way cheaper than SS uniforms. To me if helmets are priced higher because of affiliation you would think uniforms, Visors, Sleeve eagles would be higher also. It just really don't make sence lol.

HEER field police are an entirely different organization than the combat police or ss police division. The HEER field police are like the
MPs. Their waffenfarbe is orange and they wear gorget indicating they are field police feldjager units are also part of this group. There are field police units in all the branches of the Wehrmacht and in the waffen SS all have the orange waffenfarbe.
